Cancelling accidental subscription

I tried illustrator trial and totally forgot about it, when the trial ended it automatically charged me (the problem was I had no money in the bank account) so for a while, I couldn't cancel the payment (it was processing) until today it automatically paid because now my bank account had money, but when I tried canceling it says I have to pay fee because surpassed 14 days 

 

How can I cancel without paying fee? I swear I tried canceling but it declined due to processing
