Cancelling account without email or password

Hello.

 

Quite a few years ago my daughter was in highschool and needed a Creative Cloud subscription for one of her photography courses.  So I used my credit card to pay for the monthly subscription.

 

I've been charged for that subscription every month since then.  I asked her a year or so ago if she was still using it, and she told me she hadn't used it since the photography course.  I asked if my daughter if she could sign into her account and cancel her subscription, but she couldn't remember the email (which was possibly her old school one) or password for the account.  So how do I cancel this subscreiption that I'm not using but getting charged for everr month?
