Cancelling my Photography Plan

Since there is no other way that I can find to leave feedback to Adobe, I am putting this here and hopefully can get some upvotes and comments from other people on the new recent changes to how the photography plan is priced. Adobe promised that the Photography Plan would ALWAYS be $9.99 a month. But now we have to pay for an entire year upfront to get that price? That is not honoring your commitment or a good-faith move toward your user base. What next? We have to pay for 3 years in advance, etc etc? (And they can't even provide and type of customer service besides these ridiculous and time wasting forums?) Seems to me you have not kept your promise. Boo on Adobe. I am cancelling my subscription.

No company would guaranty a price forever.
