I'm trying to cancel my plans: "Premiere Pro plan" and "Creative Cloud Photography plan with 1TB" but the interface wouldn't let me and now it started charging my card again. The cancel now works for "Creative Cloud Photography plan with 1TB" but it's asking me for a cancellation fee!
Support chat didn't work at the time and the number provided for further assistance is disconnected.

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
