Dear Adobe,
Thank you for demonstrating how to rip consumers off truly. You should be ashamed of yourself for how you manipulated those to try your trial fees, hook them with the monthly fees, and then have the audacity to charge $100.00 to cancel this fee.
Your ways are deviant and you drive a very dishonest business model...

these are user forums. contact adobe support. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you enter your credit card number to buy a subscription
-You also need to know that a subscription renews AUTOMATICALLY if you do not cancel during your 12th month
-see the Nancy O'Shea message dated 3-22-2023 (with big red arrows) in this message

You'll get no satisfaction from this user-to-user community. We're just unpaid forum volunteers and product users.
That said, you had 14 days in which to cancel your "trial" and request a full refund. Did you do it? If you did, there should be a record of it in your support history panel and a confirmation email in your inbox (if you don't see it, check your spam folder).

Nobody here can waive early cancellation fees because that's what you agreed to when you joined. We all did. To avoid a 50% termination fee, wait until your 12th month of service to cancel. Or cancel early & pay the fee. Your choice.
