I  need to cancel my subscription to PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS.I've already spent nearly 3 hours, going back over Directions on Video and the illustrated directions below it.

First: the term "My Plans" doesnot appear , as illustrated on the "Cancel plan" page. (See photoshot , below)

Next: I'm repeatedlt taken to the page for "Cancel/change" subscription, which urges customers to rethink their decision, and simply change plans.

I'm angry, frustrated, and even more eager to be done with Adobe. I am thinking of reporting the situation to The Better Business Bureau.

Because typing is difficult and time consuming (Not to mention the anonymity of this online Support).I need to speak to a live person. Typing this message has already taken an hour from the morning. Please refer me to a live person .who will finally make the neccessary changesto my account, and cancellation refund.

                        Thank You~ MG.Roy    Topeka, KS.

This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
.

In addition to @John T Smith's information, you can also call Adobe support. Search this page for a regionally appropriate phone number for customer support.

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html.

Be aware that because of the pandemic, wait times are far longer than usual due to reduced staff and higher demand. Please be patient with the people to whom you speak. Like you, they are feeling a great deal of stress. A little patience and understanding will go a long way to helping you in your particular situation.

@Peru Bob is correct about Photoshop Elements.  It's a one-time purchase, no subscription involved.  Maybe you can't cancel it because you don't have a subscription. 🙂

As with all digital software purchases, there is a time limit for requesting cancellation & refund.

  • On eligible one-time purchases directly from Adobe, the time limit is 30 days.
  • On Creative Cloud subscriptions, you have 14 days.

Post back if you have any more questions.
