I have a student account and can't seem to cancel or edit my subscription for 2 days now. I really need to cancel the subscription, because I don't need it any longer and don't want to be charged for it anymore.
Be aware that canceling a subscription before it ends results in a cancelation fee of 1/2 the remaining balance of the subscription.
If you continue to have issues, you can contact customer support. This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
