Cancelling trial version

New Here ,
Oct 20, 2025 Oct 20, 2025

Hello,

I am trying to cancel my trial version (within the 7 days period) but I weirdly have an error message when I click on Cancel, making it impossible. I tried to talk to the AI assistant, another error message when I ask the question, and the French phone number also doesn't connect.

I try to cancel from Chrome and Edge and it's not working either.

Can someone help me ? I wasn't even able to use adobe correctly, a lot of stuff was locked because... trial version.

Thank you very much !

@isma_9824 It might be because Adobe's servers need updating and they do it after-hours. Depending where you are it may be day-time but where the Adobe's head office is, which in San Jose, California, U.S.A. which is 2:20am PST at the time of this comment. It does appear according to Adobe Status, there is alot of going on: https://status.adobe.com  Just hop back on after 8am PST, and it should be up... or else alot of people will be complaining!

No, that's not it. There's a worldwide down-time of many services due to issues with AWS. This is probably related to that...

@try67 The Adobe System Status page is the direct way to confirm if Adobe services are down because of an AWS outage. The Adobe Status page doesn't just show that Adobe is down; it connects the dots by telling you why it's down.

I just wished or did (did I miss this?)  'Adobe' post an incident update that explicitly states the issue is due to an ongoing outage on the AWS infrastructure.
