how to cancel all our adobe plans, we were told we had 3 months free, which we never got, we have tried constantly to stop the plans and have followed the video on how to do it, no cancel plan or delete plan or mange plan ever comes up on the screen, PLEASE HELP SOMEONE, THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO GET MONEY OUT OF OUR BANK, didn't realise how greedy this company could be. even the chat which I printed proves what I have just said, but makes no difference, even though we put a reply to the email, that came back saying they could not answer it. WATCH OUT FOR THIS TRAP.
