Cannot cancel free trail

I want to cancel a free 7 day Illustrator trial however it is not visible anywhere on my account. I currently have the Photography plan which I do not want to cancel, when seeking help via the online chat the only option I'm given is to cancel my whole plan instead of just the free trail. I do not know if Adobe charges after having a free trail so I'd appreciate anyones help.
