Hello,
I am trying to cancel my Adobe Subscription since the start of second month of annual plan, and I am unable to do that due months of Adobe Account 'Plans and Payment' section errors which prevents me to do so. I can't even find details. When I escalate the issue to the agents, they simply leave the conversation and telling me that this error is due 'unpaid invoices'. I have no authority nobody to resolve with, this is getting out of hand.
I need someone with proper permission from Adobe to resolve the issue.
Regards,
-Atahan

you made your threat and you got your answer.
agents aren't required to deal with anyone that has already gotten the answer and refuses to acknowledge it. ie, if you want to cancel, you need to fix your payment problems.

I think you didn't understand. The problem is that I cannot clearly reach my invoices, details, or the cancellation button itself. Thus, more invoices are generated. Agents are ignoring this very primitive fact, and still I am getting arrogant answers. I am a customer of Adobe, and I have the right to access subscription management, previous details and invoices. This very simple-to-understand problem caused by problems going on with internal infrastructure. Not because of due invoices. Is it too hard to understand?
'Unable to load data' with a red triangle and white exclamation means there is an error in the infrastructure. It implies it should've been able to load the data mentioned above, but it is unable to. There is no such explanation as 'you didn't pay your invoices; that is why we have limited your access to every fundamental right you have'. And this problem goes on for months, like I stated. Thus, this problem creates debt on my behalf, which is simply illegal. Thus, contacting local authorities is a right to fix a simple problem, which community and customer agents ought to explain as given in their orientation.
Is it clear @kglad

1. fix your pay problem(s). ie, pay your bills.
2. you can then manage your account.
3. in that order.

If this is exactly how Adobe works, this is indirect abuse of customer and it doesn't even take a postdoctoral degree to acknowledge that. Thanks for your indirect answer tho. I will mark this as resolved.
