cannot cancel my subscription

How can I cancel my subscription. There is no contact information and there and no help available.... Any ideas?

Quick summary:

1. Log into your Adobe account
2. Go to the 'Plans' tab at the top of the page.
3. Click 'Manage plan' for the subscription you want to cancel.
