I didn't recieve/missed the renewal reminder. I believe I can get a refund if I cancel straight away, however I am finding it ridiculously impossible to contact adobe! It wants to charge to over £300 to cancel myself, which is barbaric. The chat is just not working for me and I cant find any other way. How do I get in contact before the cancellation window closes?!
