cannot purchase creative cloud subscripton - India

I'm unable to purchase creative cloud subscription. I'm entering correct payment details. When I click the submit button, it shows a pop up and asks me to type OTP to confirm payment. After I do that, I get the following error

No, I contacted Netflix.

But, I moved on by temporarily installing chrome extension "Ignore X-Frame headers" as suggested by Mayank30848372lbyw in above reply. With this plugin, i was able to complete 3DS and then uninstalled it.

It does not matter if it is annual or monthly subscription.

Issue is, when trying to make payment with ICICI Bank Credit/Debit Card, after adding card details, it will redirect to ICICI Bank 3DS verification page, where one need to enter OTP sent by Bank.

This 3DS page is not getting loaded, error is connection refused.

This is a technical issue related to x-frame-options.

The point of trouble occurs when ICICI banks 3D verification system tries to verify the purchase but the banks page refuses to connect 

even though I get the message for the OTP the page to type it in does not exist and instead all we get is an error message letting us know that 

"www.3dsecure.icicibank.com refused to connect"

apparently there's a chrome extension called "ignore X-frame headers" that completely fixes the issue but I have security concerns over its usage and would rather not download it.

Hi,

Even I am facing the same issue. I had to do the payment on adobe but it didn't work out. I was also using ICICI credit card. Even when i am doing transaction on other platform, it is showing same error. Spoken to ICICI customer care they said they have taken request for unblocking 3D secure services. But it is still not happening.

same issue here,,it was working fine as a recurring payment all these months. Suddenly billing failed an am not able to pay for the monthly subscription with icici card

This has still been an issue with ICICI bank. THE ISSUE IS NOT SOLVED AND IS STILL OPEN. I tried to make a payment. However, I see that it directs me to a OTP page. But, I do not see any option to type out the OTP for the purchase. This has been ridiculous and the chat team for assistance takes an hour to even connect. Never expected this from Adobe.
