Cannot use my Premiere but I'm paying monthly anyway.

I have a regular Premiere account I'm montly paying for but haven't used it for a while. When I tried to work with it again, I was denied access. I deleted Premiere in order to try it all over but now I need to choose between purchase or free trial. I don't want to end up paying twice and I've been looking for ages to get some direct support. Maybe different log ins/emal addresses where mixed up. What to do?
