Cant access my grandpas email

Hello,

I need to seek help with the support team because im having a little trouble with my grandpas email and the webmail for it cannot be acessed because it got shut down ig. so i need the employees to do that for me is it posssible or show me a how-to? im trying to get the photoshop adobe elements 2018 version that he purchased.

Your best bet may be to contact Adobe throught their chatbot and see if you can provide proof of purchase and see if they can offer you access into the account. Worst case, as it is 6 year old software, and I am seeing at Adobe and official retailers like Best Buy, Staples, Dell, etc. currently offering the 2024 version for $69.99 right now. This could be a good time to upgrade.
