Cant' Cancel Photoshop CC

As a pensioner I can no longer afford the 50% increase for Photoshop CC. I have been trying all day to canel the plan but nothing I do gets me past the "Wheel of Death".

Anybody have a solution, or any way I can connect with a human being at Adobe ?

try using a mobile phone's updated non-opera browser with wifi disabled.

Thank you, but I subscribed using my PC, so when I wish to un-subscribe I should be able to use my PC.  I dont use my phone for Adobe. I have been trying for over an hour this morning to access my plans, and still cant do so. Adobe is making it impossible for me to cancel my subscription, becasue I cannot contact anybody from Adobe subs via email or on the web.

I finally managed to get hold of somebody from Adobe and cancelled my Sub.
