Cant rememeber my account but subscribtions is still taking money from my bank account

Hello,

 

So about month ago i almost full registrate my account and something went wrong after my bank card data.

and i cant do nothing with this account so i created this one.

I have no plan on this account but from not full registrate account adobe taking money, and i dont remeber email to it. Tried all of my mails and only this works. Can they somehow cancel my subscription by card data?

I even called them and after i said about my problem they hang up immediately. And i cant see how to contact them about it no e-mails etc.

I just spoke with my bank, and if it will be charging for next month, they told me to block my actual card in use and create a new one. Do you think it will help ? or i will get in debt becouse they have my data etc. from that account where i have the subscription.

I cant speak with agent becouse i have no active subscription, only on this forgotten acount that i cant log in.

I had some error registering that active account after i filled my card data, and i dont remember my email to it. Its first month but im scared it will be lasting forever and i dont wanna waste so much money.

Even if you can't log in you still need to get this worked upon with the support team. Connect to them using this account that you posted and let them know about your situation, they should figure out something to sort it out.

i tried to reach them by the phone as i wrote earlier but i got hanged up so fast i didnt even know when it happened. I dont know how to reach them, by other than chat and phone call. And my only data is my card number to find this account.
