Card not accepted for photoshop free trial (need photoshop.adobe.com, not the desktop version)

I've tried a virtual visa and my local bank card and both were rejected, could you supply me with a different payment method or just activate a 7day trial for my account? i need access to photoshop.adobe.com not the desktop app. Thank you
