Cargo erróneo

Me ha llegado un cargo con concepto "Fin de periodo de prueba" cuando no he finalizado ningún periodo de prueba ni tengo contratado plan alguno por ese mismo importe. He contactado por email con un caso anterior y me dicen que está cerrado. Y en la web no me aparece la opción de contacto para solicitar ayuda.
