CC charged, how to contact *** support ?!

My CC was charged, it's written that adobe. However in my 2 accounts I do not have any paid plans or whatsoever. I can't contact this *** support so what the *** I have to do?! How to cancel this payment, delete account and how the *** my CC was even subscribed there ?!
