I receive a bill with this description: CCSN,ALL,MLP,ERR01,MUE,001,N/A,1 YR ESD of 60,99 € and i used to paid every month 36.99 for my creative cloud.
why the price is changed? and why there is a diffent description?

You should be able to answer this question, that's why there is a chat in here to answer and not leading them to nowhere. What is this bill? You don't even email people to at least remind them of this. ADOBE is not the only thing running our life. Adobe should inform a renewal to its subscriber. I just got this billing and I don't know what is this all about.

Why not ask Adobe instead of complaining to people who don't work for Adobe and have no idea of the official answer.

One note: it now seems to be the normal price. I wonder if you took a special offer price, which usually runs for one year. Or an academic price, which must be specially renewed each year.
