Eliza, thanks for your question, but to follow up on Kglad's query, what Adobe software or service are you trying to obtain a TAX certificate for? I don't see any purchases, subscriptions, or memberships under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum.

contact adobe support IF you have an individual (not teams/enterprise) subscription.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

2024 certificates would be expected until sometime after the end of 2024

You are wrong, a certificate is valid one year only, so at the end of 2024 thats too late.

Luckily I have found what I was looking for.

Yes, I know, the last update of that section was on 4th January.

So I wrote to an agent.

Type AGENT in the chat to connet with a person and they should help you because they have the certificate for 2024 and I don't hy they can't update that information on the site.
