Hi, I have already three Adobe plans (photo / indesign / acrobat pro).. All for single rates, what makes the monthly fee go up. I could change now to the "creative cloud with all applications" plan as it includes everything I already subscribed to and need but is cheaper in total.
To change my plan, I have to choose one of my existing plans to be able to click on the change plan button.
My question is: What will happen to the other two subscriptions (these apps will be included in the new one).. will the cancel automatically??
Don't wanna risk signing up for a bigger package and pay for my other plans on top even they would be included in the bigger package.
Couldn't find any informations....
you will need to start the all apps plan and cancel the 3 single apps plan. to make sure this goes smoothly and you do not get charged any cancellation fees, you should probably let adobe support help you make these changes.
there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

We appreciate you writing in. As the expert mentioned above, there would be ideally cancellation charges imposed for terminating the subscriptions.
However, you can always contact the support page for getting help regarding the same.
