So, where to start. Adobe has long known of this ridiculous issue yet are competely
IGNORING THE NEEDS of their customers.
All I want to do is to update my billing card details from a UK bank account to a Luxembourg bank account. But guess what, 4 years later after this was initially reported 3 times by 3 different people (in community forum), we still cannot change billing country.
What a joke Adobe. This means I am still getting charged to my UK bank account (having moved country), charged too much (because Adobe Illustrator is worth $19USD pcm, not £19, cheeky!) and it's coming out of a bank account I want to close.
Literally, Adobe is forcing to keep a UK bank account open in order to avoid
1. losing all my font, image, illustration & other PURCHASES
2. LOSING ALL MY ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR DESIGNS (as all of the above will stay on my UK Adobe ID and not be transfered to my EU Adobe ID)
So, if there is an Adobe representative/other kind individual out there,
PLEASE: how can I keep access and use of points 1 & 2 above, once I have signed up to the Luxembourg adobe site! (weirdly enough I can sign into the Lux Adobe website, but not change the billing country to Luxembourg when updating my bank card details. How stupid is that?)
I'm just having a completely frustrating and disappointing time with Adobe recently. Great products, but absolutely rubbish help from any real people out there; no one to speak to, email, or message. Instead they let the customers run their own customer service with these "support communities" and clearly give absolutely no thought to actual customer service. Products: 10/10, customer service: ZERO. Overall experience: 5/10. For such a huge company, this is clearly messed up! Will also file an official complaint, but I can't even find the link for that except going through this support forum (still can't find the official complaint link btw..).
