Change of Plan.

I recently switched my plan from the photography plan to the all apps plan. but i am still being charged for the photography plan, and now when i try to cancel it, they want me to pay $68 to cancel the subscription, or it gives me the option to change the plan, but thats what i already did?! yet im still being chared for the old plan. help

How did you "switch"? Did you just take out the new plan and assume it replaced the other one? That's a very natural and reasonable assumption, but Adobe don't seem able to recognise this, and happily take multiple payments for nothing.
