So i saw Photography Plan got 60% discount. I currently have a normal price photography plan. And i'd like to switch to the discounted one. If i buy the discounted one, are they automatically replace the old one?
Oh and on top of that, i'd also want to add After Effect plan (which also get 60% discount). So how to properly do that?

When i click manage plans, i only have options to go to "Adobe Store", which is quite confusing unlike i saw in internet on how to change plans tutorial. Please help me guys.

you probably can't change now, but you should check to be sure: use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Discounts are usually for new customers only. You cannot switch to it, it is only a 1 year discount to get new customers. (This one may be different, but that is the usual deal).  I haven't seen any 60% discounts on Adobe - please post a link so we can check this.

Unless... do you mean the 60% discount on Creative Cloud for students in their first year?
