I received an email that my monthly membership is going to be more expensive. But I can continue to pay the current rate if I am willing to pay a year in advance. That is fine with me, but I cannot change my membership or the payment anywhere. I can only cancel my membership, but I don't want to do that. I also cannot change my payment, only which card it is charged from. Does anyone have any good advice for me?

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
