Changing Plan

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to adapt my plan from a normal price to a student price? 

I subscribed for Photoshop and Illustrator at normal price. But I have started a training course in Graphic Design and would like to reduce the price I pay as I think that I am eligible.

Is that possible?

PS. where is the Chat for help? It is impossible to contact somebody from ADOBE. Is that normal?
