changing subscription error

Adobe sent me an update per email to my Creative Cloud Photography plan. They offer to change my subscription to an annual plan to keep the same price. The annual plan was visible, but it did not work (see image screen below). An error showed up.

I talk to an agent (probably AI agent and not a real person) for help through the chat and I have been advised to wait 48 hours until the error was corrected. But now the offer is gone and not visible at all. How can I contact Adobe about it? Don't they have an email address or a formular for help?

Thank you Jeffrey! Unfortunatly it is not a browser problem. I could easily change subscriptions on the black friday offer.the window shows up without any error.

It is a little frustrating because I am very busy and I couldn't find the right time to go through the chat again.. But I did it and I was put in contact with a person that could help me for real this time. I was surprise how fast it went. Thank you!
