Hi,
I started a trial version for Lightroom Photograpy Plan on 17 september.
Got an email from Adobe that if I cancelled before 8th of october I got a full refund.
I cancelled my Lighroom Photography Plan on the 23th of september.
But I got still charged and if I want to cancel again, it costs me another 54,50 + 12,09 monthly fee.
How is that possible?!
Can someone from Adobe Benelux help me, because i am circling around on forums, websites and twitter, drives me crazy

Hello there,
Sorry to hear that you are facing trouble.
We checked the account details associated with your email ID. We do see that you have two subscriptions: Lightroom plan with 1TB which has been cancelled on 23rd Seprember however, the Photography Plan (20GB) is under cancelling status as of now.
Since, this is a community forum and we will not be able to discuss any account or pricing information, we are happy to share the link that can help you to connect with the Adobe Customer support via chat or on the phone.

Ok. Not clear at all when I signed up for, but thanks for your answer.
Is it possible to remove the attachments from my opening post?
I cannot find a way to do it by myself.

in addition to chat recommended in @Rashmi27002770wxve 's message, there are 2 other ways to contact adobe; phone and twitter:
phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
