Charged by Adobe although I cancelled within trial time.

No eay to contact adobe, only this forum.

i cancelled my plan before the free trial timeframe and was still charged.

I see you have an Adobe ID under the same email ID as with forums. The subscription purchased under this ID has been cancelled and there is not charge that took place.
