I was charged for adobe plus and I never gave any type of authorization
for my
card to be used by any one including Adobe. Please refund my money as I
have never evn knew I had access to this program. I am currently unemployed
so every single dollar on down to the pennies makes a world of difference.
I have a dog who hasn't eatein 2 days and that little bit of simple change
you took from we would have allowed me to buy my dogs food. That is
horrible for such a large company worth millions of dollars is taking my
simple little $16 dollars. I will go on every review sight and give ne 16n
gative feedback under so many different posts ;letting your customers know
that a multi-million compay took i6 dollars from a unemployed victim of a
fraudulent charge by adobe and that was my money to feed my dog. A "dog
lover" is going to be outraged and I believe I will save this email to show
them wny one who is a dog lover will boycot you because when it comes to
their dog or any dog they like to make a big scene. We can avoid this with
a simple refund, please, refund my $16 on a subscriptionn that I never used
or authorized anyone, adobe included,

I understand your situation. However, as mentioned by @Peru Bob you will recieve help in this matter only from the Adobe support team. Please contact them using the link mentioned above and let them know about your case. If you cancelled on time they will refund your amount. In case you jumped the refund timeframe still ask them to consider your case, if possible they will refund. Be kind and patient in your conversation with the support team, that might help.
