Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

I understand your situation. However, as mentioned by @Peru Bob you will recieve help in this matter only from the Adobe support team. Please contact them using the link mentioned above and let them know about your case. If you cancelled on time they will refund your amount. In case you jumped the refund timeframe still ask them to consider your case, if possible they will refund. Be kind and patient in your conversation with the support team, that might help.
