I've been charged a full year subscription after canceling auto renewal BEFORE it was to renew.
I've disputed it with my credit card company but just got rebilled for it.
You people have stolen a weeks pay out of my kids mouths!
My next step is to go to the Massachusetts Autorney Generals office and complain. Luckily I live in Massachusetts and Adobes offices are also.
Im not going to roll over.
