My account says that i subscribed to the annual plan since april 7 2021 yet it is now the 15th of june and im still getting charged. if i try to cancel i get shown a cancellation fee. who do i contact about this or how can i get a refund for these past couple months?
The plan you signed up for automatically renews each year. The cancellation fee is 50% of what is left to pay in the current year. To cancel without a penalty you must cancel in the 12th month of the first or later year.
