Hi,

I tried a 7 day trial of Premiere pro. I cancelled that at the end of trial. Then I was offered a free 60 trial of the whole creative cloud. I accepted that instead. I was told this was a free trial. See my attachment, "We credited your account with free 60 days of service."

Please clarify as I don't want an upfront charge on a demo period.

I've been loggong in to the cloud since but in my account only see a bill charged:

Thanks!

Thank you. I'm having issues trying to use the App. I figured I was receiving the error message as I was using the "free 14 day trial". No!!! I went ahead and paid $99.99 for an entire year and it still won't let me do anything creative. 😔 Everything else on my phone is fine; only the Adobe App. Even restarted my phone. I've done everything here in my end. Hoping someone gets back to me soon. I expect after paying a hundred dollars that support would be here for us.

You have added to a message about Premiere Pro which is for computers, not cell phones

What is the exact name of the program you are trying to use?

Customer retention offers are designed to keep users from cancelling.  If you took the 2 free months, now you're on the hook for a full year of Creative Cloud.

Just saying...

That doesn't say it's a 60 day trial, though. Not at all. It says, and you quote "60 days of service". In other words, you choose to pay for a service but get 60 days free. Still you might be lucky with customer service, it's worth a try.
