Charging to cancel old subscription after upgrade

Hi everyone,

I recently upgraded to: 

Creative Cloud All Apps and illustrator is still in my plans. If I try to cancel it I am going to be charged $45. 

Could someone please help me remove the old plan from my account as it's no longer needed?
