Impossible de retrouver le chat avec un conseiller, 45mn d attente au tel, personne...Adobe serait une sorte de maison fantome?Merci d avance.

Pareil, je tourne en rond sur le site, impossible de parler à quelqu'un. Ils sont bons pour nous vendre les produits, mais une fois que c'est fait, plus personne n'est là. Je réfléchis sérieusement à annuler mon abonnement et me "débrouiller" autrement.
