A few years bedore I could chat with an Adobe expert in seconds but now it looks impossible. My problem is really comlicated. Any idea where to click for live chat?

Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page or through a phone call. There is no email support.

Make sure that your browser is allowing popups.

After a few seconds on that page a chat winow will pop up.
