In early July '20 I discovered from my Bqank Ststement that 28-30 June Adobe had deducted  $8000.85 AUD from my account  (M.card  5217 ... 5329) without notivication OR AUTHORISATIOM. 'Creative Cloud' was identified. The individual payments were:  $219.99;  $ 263/99;  $263.87.  I protested the deductions, but got no respondses. Yesterday, from another later  Bank Statement I duscovered that a further 3 payments  had been deducted:    1 1 July  $263.87, 29 July $263.99,  29 August $263.00, a new extra Total of $791.8672.70/5. i.e. a cumulative total of  $1.572.70,  which amount I seek to be REFUNDED by 20 Septrmber 2020.

Should that not happrm I imtend to remot the matter to CONSUMER AFFAIRS.  Graham.
