Hello, previously I was using the Adobe company account provided by the university. This month, the company account was terminated, and I switched to a personal account. However, I am unable to access my Adobe Cloud documents. It's as if I have opened a completely new user account, and everything appears to be reset. Even my Behance account is created as if it's a new user. Can you please help me?

As far as I know, documents linked to accout A may not be opened by account B - by design, for security
For anyone else reading this...
You should always have a local copy of all files, not just in the cloud
If you don't have space on your computer drive use an external drive for files
A USB flash drive to carry with you... here are 2, there are many more available
