I wanted to buy the whole cloud while its still on the black friday offer
but I still have Photoshop with about 5-6 months on it.
if I buy the cloud will my photoshop be on 12 months or 17-18 months? (I bought my photoshop with an annual plan)
Piratefoxbox, good evening.
This Black Friday offer
Offers for new subscribers.
Users who already have a Photoshop contract are not eligible. Check the offer notes.
Even if you upgrade from Photoshop alone to All Apps, the current contract will be canceled and become a new contract, so the application period will be 12 months.
For the remaining period of the existing Photoshop single plan, I think that you will be consulted with support at the time of contract and will be refunded.

If you are not careful you will end up with two plans, paying and renewing both, but getting Photoshop only once. Let's look first at whether you can even use the offer. Often, offers are only for completely new customers. The terms say "Offer available to first-time subscribers of Adobe Creative Cloud for Individuals All Apps" so I think you're OK. But to use this normally you'd have to cancel your Photoshop plan (penalty $30-$40 maybe), and take out the new plan. Then again, it may block you because it knows having two plans doesn't work. My advice is to contact Adobe sales, I don't think you can sort this out by clicking alone.
