Adquirí el plan gratuito de 7 días y decía que después del 23 de diciembre si NO PAGABA se cancelaría AUTOMÁTICAMENTE LA INSCRIPCIÓN . Resulta que ayer, 26 de diciembre, realizaron un cobro a mi cuenta por $18.612 y se suponía que el plan ya se había desactivado.

there is no automatic cancelation. you must cancel yourself.
make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
