COBRO INDEBIDO POR MÁS QUE REALICE DESUSCRIPCION

El día 17 de septiembre del 2025 me suscribí a la prueba gratuita de adobe. Sin embargo como visualicé que había un cobro posterior al periodo de prueba. Ese mismo día me desuscribi para evitar cobro. Me llegó el correo de confirmación de la desuscripcion sin embargo el 25 de septiembre me realizan un cobro de S/ 121.54 (soles) y el 25 octubre es decir hoy mismo que me entero de todo esto me hicieron otro cobro de S/ 121.54 (soles). 
Esto es una modalidad de estafa e incumplimiento del contrato de periodo de prueba por el que me veo obligado a denunciarlos si no se me realiza un reembolso y una compensación por los daños provocados. Mi correo para comunicarse es:

El problema está en que me realizaron 2 cobros de 121.54 soles peruanos. Uno el 25 de septiembre y el 2do el día de hoy. Adjunto pruebas. Cuando mi cancelación lo realice el mismo día siendo 17 de septiembre. No respetan la cancelación y siguen enviando los cobros.
