Señores, me han cobrado el costo mensual del plan anual, estoy investigando e indican que después de 14 días de inicio te cobran, pero a mí me llegó un correo electrónico, indicando que me reembolsan el total si hago la cancelación antes de los 30 días y así lo hice, pero igual se han cobrado.

Seguí los pasos para la cancelación y ya no tengo cuenta personal con ellos, por lo que estoy usando la cuenta de mi empresa. Trato de comunicarme por los diferentes medios (que según ellos te atienen, pero nadie lo hace). Aquí solo es la comunidad o alguno de Abode monitorea estos mensajes?

 Es verdad, hay un chat que nunca está habilitado, y no se puede hacer el reclamo formalmente, Ojalá y alguién se digne en contestar, a mi también me cobraron de una suscripción erróneamente, qué puedo hacer?, o a quíen puedo acudir?.. esto es muy molestoso y lo peopr que nadie te da respuesta. Lo que sugiero es que bloqueen la tarjeta con lo que se hizo la transacción y poner la respetiva denuncia en el Banco emisor y sugiero no suscribirse por que no hay seguimiento ni respuesta técnica.

Sin lugar a dudas deberíamos buscar un abogado para consumidores, y hacer una demanda a esta compañía para que dejen de ser tan deshonestos, es increíble! 

Dos meses me cobraron doble, me llegaban dos facturas y pensé que era la misma que la volvían a enviar.... 

Ya me di de baja, pague los más de 4 mil y estoy esperando....

hice el reclamo también, me pasó lo mismo, cancelé la suscripción antes del mes para que no cobren, según Adobe.. pero igual se han cobrado, me dicen si tengo el correo de Confirmación de Cancelación..
 a ustedes les ha llegado ese correo?.. me parece que es una mentira de Adobe.. es practicamente un robo de dinero.. y no hay donde quejarse..
