Cobro indebido

Quiero comunicarme con alguien ya que se me realizo un cobro indebido, el dia 06 de junio use la prueba de semana gratuita, y ese mismo dia cancele la prueba aun asi se me cobro el dia 14 de junio, tengo los correos como evidencia y aunque me hayan cobrado no tengo ningun plan activo.
Quiero saber porque me cobraron aun habiendo cancelado la suscripcion y aunque me hayan realizado el cobro no tengo ningun plan activo

i'm on a mobile phone.  it's very difficult when users attach images.  it's a lot easier if you just copy and paste images into a reply.
