Report fraud to your credit card company if you are sure it is not a proper charge.

It is not a propoer charge. I reported the fraud to my credit card company right away, and they advised me to contact Adobe. I have my own Adobe account and a monthly subscription to .AI, which costs significantly less than the charge I do not recognize, the charge doesn´t appear in MY Adobe account.

I am unable to see the details of this purchase in my bank statement. As soon as I noticed the charge like 3 days after it happened, I submitted an inquiry to my bank, and they immediately blocked my card.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Lorena, I am sorry, but you will need to click on https://adobe.ly/3Q08EhB and speak with someone if you have already reported the charge to your credit card company as fraud. If you are unable to reach anyone, then use a different device.
