Muestra solo mi perfil, es que yo ya lo había cancelado, y tuve que volver a hacerlo el día de hoy porque me aparece el cobro, por qué pasa eso? Si estaba cancelado, como es posible que se rective solo. Y las 2 semanas desde que día comienza para el reembolso?

just make sure no subscription shows on your account page and save your cancellation confirmation email from adobe and your trial confirmation from adobe.

Tengo guardado el de cancelación, el de suscripción nunca me llegó, deberían tener ustedes eso de todas formas. Esperaré las dos semanas, o si no, volveré a contactarme con ustedes

what are your email confirmation dates of the trial start and the date if the email cancellation?
