Adobe is not accepting a new but correct IBAN code. I try to to get in contact with the Adobe service to clarify the situation, but no chance, no email address, no contact details, horror. In addition to that I want to change my payment periode from monthly payment to yearly payment, also not possible. Horror

As @Test Screen Name said, there is no email contact for Adobe.
Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page or through a phone call.
