Eu ja tinha o plano completo da Adobe, mas acabo vencendo a minha assinatura e tive que renovar com outro cartao. E quando fui atualizar as informaƧoes do cartao, automaticamente foi efetuado a compra do plano completo da Adobe, sendo que, eu queria apenas o plano de fotografia! E agora eu quero fazer o reembolso da compra que eu fiz porem nao estou conseguindo. Alguem pode me ajudar??

contact adobe support. assuming you have an individual (not teams or enterprise) subscription, there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

InĆ­cio o teste grĆ”tis da adobe, mas co.o havia percebido que as funƧƵes da adobe seriam pouco utilizadas por mim, encerrei o teste grĆ”tis no dia 23 de maio, mas hoje dia 25 chegou uma compra de mais de cem reias no meu cartĆ£o, SENDO QUE EU TINHA CANCELANDO JƁ, entrei no app e vi que a assinatura ainda estava ativa fui e cancelei denovo, mas nĆ£o localizei como poƧo pedir meu reembolso por um serviƧo que nem usei
